Our mission is to present a flavor of France and provide you with an opportunity to interact with French people or Francophiles in sunny San Diego. By joining The House of France, you will bring your take on France and will be updated monthly on the French happening in the region.
You do not need to be French or even speak French to be a member and it takes only minutes to join.
Every year, the house of France organizes several events: Open House, Crepe day, Easter egg hunt, Ethnic food fair, Annual picnic, Games day, Lawn program, December nights, Santa Claus visit and Children's club.

LE MESSAGE DU PRÉSIDENT
Je connais notre association depuis 1987, j'y ai participé souvent avec joie en tant que membre, et me retrouve maintenant à la présider. J'ai toujours admiré le dévouement de ses membres les plus anciens (pas toujours les plus vieux), et me réjouis de contribuer à mon tour aux efforts de son bureau, dont je félicite l'ardeur et l'enthousiasme. Notre Maison de France incarne et promeut l'amitié entre les nations, et je me sens honoré de la représenter. Nos activités tout en représentant la culture et les traditions françaises, sont constamment empruntes de solidarité et de camaraderie. Et j'encourage tous les francophiles de se joindre à notre groupe pour célébrer cette amitié.

WORD OF THE PRESIDENT
I have known the House of France since 1987, and have often taken part at its events as a member. As of today, I am up to be its president. I have always admired the dedication of its long time members and salute their courage and enthousiasm. I am glad it is my turn to contribute my time and my efforts to its board.
The House of France endeavors to maintain and enhance the spirit of understanding, tolerance and goodwill. I feel honored to represent it and I encourage all Francophones and Francophiles to join in.
