One-year-anniversary of the Nobel Athletic Complex and the North University Community Branch Library
The the Nobel Athletic Complex and the North University Community Library celebrated its first anniversary on Saturday, September 20, 2008 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, with a variety of activities at the library and the adjacent Nobel Rec Center.

Programs offered by the library
As part of its ongoing program in adult computer education, the North UC Branch Library is offering the following free computer classes on Saturdays at 10:00 am, such as Using Flickr.com to manage your photo collection, Basic Digital Photography (Bring your camera, manual, and connecting cable), Learn to create and modify your own browser Homepage, Computer Security - information you need to protect your online privacy, Technology Q&A - solutions for those pesky computer problems.
All classes are taught by Mr. Ray Lee, a professional computer consultant who brings a lifetime of varied and in-depth technological experience to each session. Classes are fun and informal as well as instructional.
Please, call by the mid of the month to learn about and sign for the next month activities or check out the center monthly program.
