Adventurer, Choose Wisely...

Another hour or so passes as you struggle up the mountain, exuding sweat from all of your pores. Your clothes are becoming soaked but still retain some heat. It is now midnight, and you are halfway done with your hike.

Choices:

1) You take off all but one of your layers in an effort to cool down. This also serves to keep your clothing as dry as possible, and the snow around you is making everything damp.

2) It seems obvious to you that no matter how warm you may be, that is much better than being cold and at the mercy of the elements. You also do not want to have to deal with the hassle of changing and keep the layers you have on.
