Hugh PATES, vice UCCA president

Hugh Pates and his family have lived at 6186 Stetson Pl. for 26 years.  He and his family have thoroughly enjoyed living on this Cul-du-Sac and have been blessed with caring neighbors who have created a very positive living experience. There has been no crimes committed on this block for over 18 years.  They have been grateful for the fine education their son and daughter received at Spreckels, Standley and U.C. High School.

Hugh is a psychologist by profession and is retired from U.C. San Diego.  He is a past president of the San Diego Psychological Association and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Psychological Association and the California State Psychological Association.

Since retiring, Hugh has enjoyed the opportunity to travel. His most significant travel accomplishment has been visiting all 50 State Capitols in the United States. He has also had the privilege of visiting 15 capitols in foreign countries.

As President his main goals have been to continually create a beautiful, safe and clean community.

Mike LAMP, UCCA secretary

Mike manages the Software Quality Assurance Department at Autonomy, Cardiff. Denise, a Clinical Psychologist, maintains a private practice in Coronado. Connor loves bugs, music and dessert.
